Two sides of the same, increasingly unforgiving equation.

Agentic AI is fundamentally changing the threat landscape, and how security teams mobilise against it. There are two sides to this coin. The first is how threat actors are using agentic AI to sharpen their ability to attack and breach organisations. The second is how security leaders use the same capability to build a new security mandate: workflow, scale, orchestration, the architecture of the security stack, and how teams are structured.

Then there is the question of security by design. As AI accelerates development inside the enterprise, the weak points are shifting into the pipeline itself. Where is AI development creating security risk, and at what point does security enter the conversation: at the design stage, or after the fact?

This conversation has already travelled through New York, London and Zürich. This evening brings it to Boston, a city where financial services, life sciences and research institutions sit side by side, each carrying its own version of the same regulatory and resilience pressures.

EPAM and Innovatus Media invite a select group of CISOs and senior security leaders to a closed-door dinner discussion on Thursday 17 September, 6:30pm to 9:00pm. A pause to think about how AI will reinvent security teams, and how it is arming the adversaries.

Tabled for discussion.

01

Are we observing agents at play via threat actors?

At the rate enterprises are adopting agentic AI, so are the adversaries. Where are the new areas of penetration, and which techniques are being scaled and becoming more sophisticated?

02

How will Mythos & Project Glasswing impact how we approach security?

Initial reflections on Mythos and Project Glasswing, what to monitor, and the ongoing impact on how security teams structure and execute.

03

The regulator, the boardroom and the CISO.

SEC disclosure rules, personal accountability and a widening patchwork of state privacy law: how the US compliance picture is redrawing the security mandate.

04

Cybersecurity by design, not by afterthought.

As agentic development compresses the software lifecycle, engineering security into the pipeline from the outset, rather than bolting it on once the risk has already shipped.

Built for the conversation.

A single table of CISOs and senior security leaders, a peer-led discussion under Chatham House rules, and a three-course dinner served throughout. EPAM's security leadership joins the table for the discussion.

The Boston venue is being finalised and will be confirmed directly with registrants ahead of the evening. Expect a private dining room in central Boston, chosen for conversation rather than spectacle.
